Born in the town of Ternovka in the Vinnitsa Region, Ukraine.
Served in the army from 1939 until September 5, 1945.
Nemirovskiy was on the Front from August 8, 1941. He was the commander of the 249th guard tank destroyer force of the special Proscurov guard of the orders of the Lenin and Bogdan Khmelnitskiy tank destroyer artillery brigades of the High Command Reserves. He followed the target run from the Kursk salient through Ukraine, Karpaty, and Poland. He was part of Moscow June 24, 1945 Victory parade.
He was awarded two orders of the Red Banner, an Alexander Nevskiy order, and orders of the first and second degree of the Patriotic War, the “Red Star”, and a medal “For Victory over Germany”.

Командир 249-го гвардейского истребительно-противотанкового отряда отдельной гвардейской Проскуровской орденов Ленина и Богдана Хмельницкого истребительно-противотанковой артбригады Резерва Главного Командования. Прошел боевой путь от Курской дуги через Украину, Карпаты, Польшу. Участник Парада Победы в Москве 24 июня 1945 г.
Награжден двумя орденами Красного Знамени, орденами Александра Невского, Отечественной войны I и II степеней, «Красная Звезда»; медалью «За победу над Германией».
