LEVA KUSHNER
May 21, 1926
Born on May 21, 1926 in the city of Tulchin in the Vinnitsa Region, Ukraine.
Kushnir fought in the 10th special engineer brigade of the High Command Reserves on the 1st and 2nd Baltic Fronts. He took part in combat for the liberation of Lithuania and Latvia (Klaipeda, Shaulyay), and in Eastern Prussia.
He was awarded an order of the second degree of the Patriotic War and medals “For Distinguished Achievements in Combat” and “For Victory over Germany”.

Родился 21 мая 1926 г. в г.Тульчин Винницкой области, Украина.
В армии с 1 марта 1944 г. по 28 марта 1950 г.
Воевал в составе 10-й oтдельной инженерно-саперной бригады Резерва Главного Командования на 1-м и 2-м Прибалтийских фронтах. Участвовал в боях за освобождение Литвы, Латвии (Клайпеда, Шауляй) и в Восточной Пруссии.
Награжден орденом Отечественной войны II степени; медалями «За боевые заслуги», «За победу над Германией».
