MIKHAIL SOBKO
November 4, 1919
Born on November 4, 1919 in the village of Talnoye in the Cherkasy Region, Ukraine.
Served in the army from 1938 until 1962.
Sobko fought in the reconnaissance subdivision of the Black Sea fleet. He took part in the defense of Odessa and Sevastopol. Furthermore, Sobko took part in battles for the liberation of the Crimea and Sevastopol.
He was awarded an order of the second degree of the Patriotic War, the “Red Star”, a medal “For Valor”, two medals “For Distinguished Achievements in Combat”, and medals “For the defense of Odessa”, “For the defense of Sevastopol” and “For Victory over Germany”.

Родился 4 ноября 1919 г. в м. Тальное Черкасской обл., Украина.
В армии с 1938 по 1962 г.г.
Воевал в подразделениях разведки Черноморского флота. Участник обороны Одессы и Севастополя. Принимал участие в боях за освобождение Крыма , в т.ч. Севастополя.
Награжден орденами Отечественной войны II степени, «Красная Звезда»; медалью «За отвагу», двумя медалями «За боевые заслуги», медалями «За оборону Одессы», «За оборону Севастополя», «За победу над Германией».
