Born in the city of Fastov of the Kiev Region, Ukraine.
Served in the army from 1941 until 1947.
Dubinsky fought on the West, Stalingrad, and 3rd Byelorussian Fronts. In Stalingrad, participated in combat in the 19th guard regiment of the 64th Аrmy. He took part in the battle on the Kursk salient and in the battle to take Berlin.
He was awarded two orders of the second degree of the Patriotic War, the “Red Star”, and medals “For the defense of Stalingrad”, “For the taking of Berlin”, and “For Victory over Germany”.

Родился в г. Фастов Киевской области, Украина.
В армии с 1941 по 1947 г.г.
Воевал на Западном, Сталинградском и 3-м Белорусском фронтах. В Сталинграде сражался в составе 19-го гвардейского полка 64-й армии. Принимал участие в битве на Курской дуге и в боях за взятие Берлина.
Награжден двумя орденами Отечественной войны II степени, орденом «Красная Звезда»; медалями «За оборону Сталинграда», «За взятие Берлина», «За победу над Германией».
