NAUM BOMSHTEYN

Born on September 27, 1925 in the city of Gorodnya of the Chernigov Region, Ukraine.
Served in the army from January 2, 1943 until May 20, 1950.
Bomshteyn fought in the 754th independent communications battalion of the 1045th rifle infantry regiment of the 284th Hungarian rifle infantry division of the 17th Àrmy of the Transbaikal Front.
He was awarded an order of the second degree of the Patriotic War and medals “For Distinguished Achievement in Combat” and “For Victory over Germany”.

Родился 17 сентября 1925 г. в г. Городня Черниговской обл., Украина.
В армии со 2 января 1943 г. по 20 мая 1950 г.
Воевал в составе 754-го отдельного батальона связи 1045-го стрелкового пехотного полка 284-й Хинганской стрелковой пехотной дивизии 17-й армии Забайкальского фронта. Награжден орденом Отечественной войны II степени; медалью «За боевые заслуги», «За победу над Германией».
