VLADIMIR NAKHMANSON
March 3, 1924
Born on March 3, 1924 in the town of Izyaslav in the Khmelnitskiy Region, Ukraine.
Served in the army from August 1942 until May 1947.
Nakhmanson fought in the 1716th order of Suvorov and Kutuzov anti-aircraft artillery regiment of the 8th mechanized corps in the 5th tank guard Army (2nd Ukrainian and 2nd Byelorussian Fronts).
He was awarded an order of the second degree of the Patriotic War, the “Red Star”, and medals “For Victory over Germany” and “For the taking of Koenigsberg”.

Воевал в составе 1716-го орденов Суворова и Кутузова зенитно-артиллерийского полка 8-го механизированного корпуса 5-й гвардейской танковой армии (2-й Украинский и 2-й Белорусский фронты).
Награжден орденами Отечественной войны II степени, «Красная Звезда»; медалями «За победу над Германией», «За взятие Кенигсберга».
