Born in 1923 in the village of Popelnya in the Kiev Region, Ukraine. Served in the army from 1941 until 1969. Stolyarskiy fought on the Volkhov, Leningrad, and 3rd Baltic Fronts in the 1164th cannon-artillery regiment of the 2nd guard order of the Suvorov Red Banner division of the breakthrough (the Reserve of the Supreme Commander-In-Chief) and in the 20th light-artillery brigade. He was awarded two orders of the first degree of the Patriotic War, two orders of the “Red Star”, and two medals “For Distinguished Achievements in Combat” and a medal “For Victory over Germany”. President of the Association of World War II Veterans of Los Angeles from 1996 to 2018 Was in charge of Memorial project in Plummer Park, West Hollywood

Родился в 1923 г. в с. Попельня Киевской обл., Украина. В армии с 1941 по 1969 г.г. Воевал на Волховском, Ленинградском и 3-м Прибалтийском фронтах в составе 1164-го пушечно-артиллерийского полка 2-й гвардейской ордена Суворова Краснознаменной дивизии прорыва (Резерв Верховного Главнокомандующего) и в 20-й легко-артиллерийской бригаде. Награжден двумя орденами Отечественной войны I степени, двумя орденами «Красная Звезда»; двумя медалями «За боевые заслуги», медалью «За победу над Германией». Президент Ассоциации Ветеранов II Mировой Войны города Лос Анджелес с 1996 по 2018 Возглавлял строительство Мемориала в Пламмер парке г. Западный Голливуд
